Meditation part 7: The Source of Loving Coexistence

Updated: Apr 4

A single pink lotus flower that blooms between green leaves with a Dutch quote from Anandajay below: "Spirituality is the deep desire to be filled with its naturalness of full life and to be part of it again.

Spirituality is the deep longing to be filled with the natural abundance of life, to be a part of its abounding fullness and joy.

Your willingness to let the essence of who you are come into being, releases the healing energy of your soul to flow into you, to every part of your being. With its natural vibration, this energy heals all forms of alienation that you have suffered. From the compassion for imperfection that is intrinsic to this wholesome, loving energy, your essence or soul heals any relational wounds you may have experienced. Its non-violent, peaceful energy finds expression through your behavior and heals the dissonant tensions in the world around you. Healing is making room for a natural, loving and free exchange with the essential, allowing the recovery of emotional experiences that have lost touch with the ambience of naturalness, love and wholeness. Your openness to this kind of deep exchange is supported by the value of your relational awareness.

Relational awareness is the bearer of the power of healing. It ensures, through the connection to your soul, that you are aware of your fellow human beings, the earth, creation, and the essence within creation. It brings about a significant shift in your perception of yourself and the world. As you give space to all these aspects of relational exchange and connection, your heart chakra gains more freedom, love flows freely again, and you feel loved by life. As a result, you are no longer so afraid to open yourself emotionally and energetically to and become interwoven with something or someone else. You then become aware that by daring to let go of your ego and identity and by daring to interact with something other than yourself, a deeper, more intrinsic and supportive quality of life becomes tangible.

When you are willing to let go of identifying with something all the time, your relational awareness becomes more open, your heart energy can flow more freely, and you experience yourself as whole, as healed, and you want to share that wholesome energy with the world. In the midst of the ever-changing nature of life, you experience peace, stability, and love flowing outward from your inner being. This deeper layer, this fundamental ground of being, lovingly connects you to all the other people and situations in your life. Your longing for meditation, to be with and be nourished by your inner value, has brought you into this relational awareness and its wholesome attitude toward life.

Meditation not only leads you inward, but through this internalization gives you the confidence to dare to open yourself to something else, to another person, to exchange, to change, to another dimension, to healing. When you develop a relationship with your soul, it opens your relational awareness, and thus answers a deep meaning of meditation that it also heals your relationships, even though many people who practice meditation still think that relationships are secondary to meditation.
