The twelve Light of Being Teachings
Anandajay’s 12 teachings are forms of guidance meant to support your longing for a spiritually oriented life. For Anandajay, spirituality is not a lofty, idealistic level of consciousness separate from so-called daily life. That is why he invites you, through twelve different practices, to open yourself deeply, always from that what you are, to the depth, love and clarity of your tangible being, and to its essence and radiance you experience as a result.
All twelve practices are loving and the creation honoring avenues to self-awareness and peace. Each practice supports your awakening to the essential value of being, which is naturally present in every human being and therefore also in you. The practices widen the connection between your inner essence and the way you function outwardly and give you more trust in the unique and enriching value of your humanity.

1. Light of Being-Meditation - Inspiration
The Light of Being Meditation is a form of inner communion in which you connect with that which is essential within you, beneath all change, partly through the use of a mantra. There are four interwoven phases (Freedom, Love, Being and Wholeness) in which you descend from the survival orientation of the ego, defined by habits, beliefs and convictions, to the peace of deep and all-encompassing Being.

2. LightMessenger - Insight
A LightMessenger conveys, through bodywork or talks, spiritual messages that enlighten people's consciousness and make it accessible to the depths of existence, so that mutual, spiritual brotherhood and shared inner peace together can form the loving foundation for a valued way of life.

3. ShantiYoga - Awareness
ShantiYoga is a meditative form of body awareness that brings you into contact with the inner peace (shanti) present in everyone. ShantiYoga begins with establishing a loving relationship with yourself and your body, because you are the center from which you experience everything through your body, and a receptive, accessible body allows you to be in that openness with your essence (yoga).

4. PeaceBreathing - Inner space
PeaceBreathing enhances your breath awareness by organically opening up your entire breathing space. It also harmonizes how you feel and connects you to inner peace. It brings together the essence of all Western breathing therapy and Eastern yoga pranayama into a single, peace-giving breathing practice.

5. MantraPrayers - Devotion
The MantraPrayers are 12 mantra rituals (pujas) with accompanying arm and hand gestures, created by Anandajay, in which you express your gratitude for the richness of your existence and inner being. Gratitude is one of the most wholesome feelings because it reinforces all the things you do experience and, as you experience it, nourishes you with peace, essence and love.

6. HeartSinging - Freedom
In HeartSinging you sing from your heart and inner compassion, about words, sounds and mantras that convey values that you can experience, of love, your inner being and happiness. HeartSinging invites you to lovingly connect with the depth and essence of your heart, so that, while singing, its richness naturally begins to flow.

7. LovesharingTantra - Love
LovesharingTantra invites you to be so open in your relationships with yourself, with others or with life, that all your cells are filled with the value of that togetherness. Such spiritual and profound exchanges can only stem from love (lovesharing) and they harmoniously lead you into a greater, peaceful and encompassing wholeness (tantra).

8. SoulGuidance - Longing
SoulGuidance is a form of guidance that reconnects you with both your deepest longing and your destiny. The safety and support of the relationship with your guide provides a basis to open yourself to where you are in your life and explore how this relates to your needs, your individuality, and your soul's destiny. You thereby lovingly open yourself to your inner compass as that which is unique to you and which can give directions most attune to who you are.

9. ChakraHealing - Strength
ChakraHealing is a form of healing that, from a deep respect for the healing value of pure life energy, restores balance to your chakras and the power of your existence and inner being. To allow these reservoirs of energy to blossom and harmonize their energies, Anandajay has identified 75 touch points that will attune your energies to radiate more freely and bring you wholeness and peace.

10. KoshaMassage - Wholeness
KoshaMassage is a gentle massage that acts on the five layers, mantles or sheaths of energy surrounding your soul (koshas) and thereby directly influences the freedom of your consciousness. This massage harmonizes these layers of consciousness in a fluid way, creating a feeling of wholeness and completeness in which your consciousness and aura find peace.

11. AuraAwakening - Intuition
With AuraAwakening you increase your self-awareness by becoming receptive to the meaningful energies of your aura. By your openness to the spheres and values of your aura and coloring your experience in pre-drawn illustrations of spiritual experiences, you can better understand its sensitive wisdom and awaken to the wholesome peace of your open presence.

12. SacredDance - Trust
This SacredDance, choreographed and set to music by Anandajay, is a sacred, wholesome dance in which your physical movements, the freedom of your emotions, and the free flowing of energy come together in harmony. This intimate and liberating dance deepens your connection to each other and opens you to individually experience your joyous, spiritual freedom and inner peace.
