The Light of Being
Anandajay about his “Light of Being” work: “When the habit of wanting to change or improve yourself is allowed to fall silent for a moment, a peace emerges that brings you into contact with your life force (being) and the joy, harmony, happiness, and love that go along with it (light). Uncover how this vital force and its purity will enrich your awareness and way of life.”
The message that Anandajay brings us is based on peace, a quality that both the world as a whole and each individual heart longs for.
He invites you to live sensitively and from an inner openness, so that your consciousness becomes increasingly peaceful and free.
You then connect with your existence, with your “being here,” with your authenticity, rather than wanting to become or represent something, and you experience how it is like to live from your inner ground and awareness, and to make loving connections with others.
By being so open to your being, your “being here,” you experience a touching expansion and lightness that wishes to spread to every part of your being.
Allow this to happen and let yourself be enriched by this “light of being.”
Then you live from the light of being, from the light of the “being” already present within you, from the existence underlying you, to which you can open yourself anew at any moment.
Then the light of being, the light that is already present within you, the light of your underlying existence, will be your lived experience, to which you can open yourself anew in every moment.
To support your openness to the light of your being, Anandajay has developed 12 teachings (practices), so that for everyone and for every stage of life there is a suitable entrance to this feeling of essence and being open.
Each practice relates to a core value and if it corresponds to your inner experience and longing, that practice aligns with you in that moment. This also keeps it lively and creative.

All of the “Light of Being” teachings support your openness to the light of your being and address a core value related to your inner experience. Next to the picture are the practices and their inner resonances.
The 12 Light of Being-practices (Teachings)
Anandajay’s teachings are thus meant to support your longing for a spiritually oriented life.
They guide you to a more grounded, realistic attitude towards yourself, to gain insight into all your potentialities and conditionings. This honesty towards yourself is necessary to get in touch with your authenticity and awareness.
If you then allow the resulting “light of life” to enter you both within from your being and outside from the now, you will experience how valuable your existence is and how its richness has a healing influence on all levels and lets you experience life more joyfully.
For Anandajay, spirituality does not mean some idealistic level of consciousness divorced from so-called daily, human life.
That is why he invites you to open yourself deeply, always from that what you are, to the depth, love and clarity of the tangible being present in you, and to its essence and resonance you experience as a result.
Then you are once again living in relationship with your deepest value and in contact with the most reliable partner who can guide you meaningfully in your daily life.
All twelve practices (teachings) are loving and the creation honoring avenues to self-awareness, inner peace and entering into harmonious relationships.
Each practice supports your awakening to the essential value of being, which is naturally present in every human being and therefore also in you.
This rich bouquet of teachings will widen the connection between your inner essence and the way you function outwardly and give you more trust in the unique and wholesome value of your humanity.
In 2024, all of Anandajay’s existing books and 5 new books by him have been released. Three of these books deal extensively with the 12 practices. All books are published in Dutch, and one in German.
