The PeaceBreathing:
- brings back the values of Western breath therapy and Eastern yogic pranayama into one wholesome breath consciousness
- lets you experience the natural healing that occurs when you allow yourself to be carried again by the movement of your breath
- connects you to all of life, because all life drinks from the same ‘source of breath’
- brings you, with each breath, into your wholeness and strength
- brings you, with each exhalation, to your being
- enables internalization, stillness and peace
4. PeaceBreathing - Inner space
Peacefully embracing your whole self
PeaceBreathing is a breathing practice that allows the boundaries of your breath to fade so that your breath, from a longing for freedom and space, can unfold and deepen organically, and then gently flow back to its point of stillness. The inner peace you experience as a result frees your heart, harmonizes your overall energy and brings clarity to your aura.
Your breath, like you, longs to be free, for everything that receives freedom feels loved because it is given the space to exist fully. When your breath becomes free and unbounded, you will truly feel loved by life. Life of which you are a part and in which you breathe, from your very first moment until your last, together with everything that lives.
The exhalation is created in such a way that it draws you inward, all the way back to yourself, reminding you of a deep sense of inner peace, while the inhalation gives you everything you need to live, to be aware and to feel powerful, reminding you of the beauty of existence. Through the experience of this beauty and peace, the breath brings you to the essence of life.
PeaceBreathing softens and strengthens both your inner self, your body, your skin and your aura. In addition to the inner space and openness it offers, it connects you to the memory stored in your craniosacral consciousness of the ebb and flow of your mother’s breath as you experienced it as a fetus growing in her enveloping body.
