5. MantraPrayers - Devotion
Let the spiritual love of your devotion blossom
MantraPrayers (pujas) are devotional expressions of spiritual values and spiritual living. They make use of mantras, poetry or prayers with accompanying movements and gestures that deepen your connection with the puja. There are twelve pieces of music (Sanskrit mantra prayers or pujas) of about thirty minutes each, released by Anandajay, that open you to the exchange with the spiritual value of life.
MantraPrayers invite you to consciously feel and express your deeper feelings of reverence for your essence and of gratitude for your life. This further deepens the connection with the joy of your own existence and the love of being spiritually enfolded.
Gratitude is one of the most wholesome of feelings, because it affirms what you do experience, what you do realize and what you do enjoy. Gratitude opens you to what you feel is valuable in your life and encourages you to express that emotion, stillness, happiness, love or joy. The twelve MantraPrayers created by Anandajay consist of short Sanskrit mantras, accompanied by music and gestures, and bring you emotionally as well as physically, energetically and spiritually into harmony and stillness.
The MantraPrayers remind you, through the experiences stored in the unconscious, of the fine atmospheric experience of hearing and feeling the devoted, repeated, verbal or emotional caresses of the mother and possibly father or others, when you were a fetus in the womb and experienced this attention as wholesome (sacred). In addition, the MantraPrayers connect you to the memory stored in your cells of awe and gratitude for the wondrous power of nature, which you experienced as a fetus through the mother’s body.
